Radon Testing & Mitigation for Reno Real Estate Transactions
Fast scheduling, certified results, and documentation your buyers, sellers, and lenders can rely on.
When a radon test becomes part of your transaction, the last thing you need is a vendor who slows things down or leaves you guessing. We work directly with Reno and Sparks agents on real estate timelines — fast scheduling, certified equipment, and paperwork that holds up with lenders and buyers.
Scheduling That Works With Your Timeline
Short-term radon tests take 2 to 7 days to complete once the monitor is placed, and we schedule placement quickly so the clock starts as soon as possible after your call. We know a radon contingency sitting unresolved can hold up an entire closing, so we prioritize real estate transaction testing over general inquiries.
Certifications Lenders and Buyers Accept
Our team holds current NRPP and AARST certifications, so test results and mitigation documentation are accepted for FHA, VA, and conventional loans without extra back-and-forth. That’s one less thing to explain to a buyer’s lender mid-escrow.
If a Test Comes Back Elevated
An elevated result doesn’t have to delay closing. Most mitigation installs are completed in a single day, and many sellers negotiate the cost into the transaction instead of paying out of pocket before closing. We can usually get a same-day estimate to you so you and your client know the number before it becomes a sticking point in negotiations.
Documentation for Your File
Every test and mitigation install comes with a written report and, when applicable, post-mitigation verification testing showing levels came down below the EPA action level. That documentation is ready to hand to the lender, the buyer, or the file — no chasing us down before closing.
